Unfortunately due to the nature of our profucts, most of our products are not returnable.
In the event that your toy has a factory fault, please report this to us within aa month on info@gardenofpleasure.co.za or WhatsApp 065 383 5002. We will arrange for our courier to pick up the toy which will be sent back to the supplier. Kindly note that the supplier will have to assess the toy (following their own procedures) to decide if infact it has a factory fault before giving you feedback or replacing it.
We currently have PayFast, EFT and direct deposit. Should you wish to use direct deposit, please email us proof of payment to our email address: info@gardenofpleasure.co.za
